Top 3 things we should know about you?
1. I love to travel anywhere and everywhere! I find myself traveling via road, plane or train over 30 weekends each year. Though the trips are often short and limited to two or three days I always make the most out of them in the short amount of time I have.
2. I have a passion for photography. I desire to share the beauty of the world that surrounds me ranging from landscapes to portraits to wildlife.
3. I am a big supporter of National Parks, BLM Lands, and other land preservation projects. I believe we need to protect, educate, and preserve nature and wildlife to the best of our abilities.
Favorite aspect of snowshoeing?
My favorite aspect of snowshoeing is the stillness and unique beauty of landscapes covered in snow, because no snowscape is ever the same.
Favorite drink while snowshoeing?
My favorite drink while snowshoeing is tea. Whether it is black, green, white, rooibos, or a blend I love to indulge in a hot cup of team to rehydrate with.
Favorite trail snack?
My favorite snacks on the trail are beef jerky and homemade protein/granola bars.
Dream snowshoe trip?
My dream snowshoeing trip would be to go snowshoeing in Ushuaia and around the Patagonia area.
Anything else we should know?
My goal as a snowshoer and photographer is to show the world how ordinary places transform to become extraordinary places when you add a blanket of snow and a pair of Tubbs Snowshoes.
