Favorite aspect of snowshoeing?
Getting out on fresh snow where no one else has been and enjoying the total peace and silence of the woods in the winter. I love a nice grooved trail but sometimes making first tracks just feels so good.
Favorite drink while snowshoeing?
Besides a nice cold beer? I am a pretty simple guy so basic hot chocolate.
Favorite trail snack?
Beef jerky.
Dream snowshoe trip?
I have always wanted to take a hut trip in the mountains of Colorado – Hike everything in, spend some time enjoying the hut and then hike back out.
