I feel most at home in the mountains.
I prefer snow to a sunny beach any and every day.
Chocolate covered Cinnamon Bears are my ultimate favorite.
Favorite aspect of snowshoeing?
I love the solidarity of the mountains when covered in a thick winter coat of soft fluffy snow. The tranquil beauty of a winter day or even a winter storm is inspiring and uplifting to me and connecting to that beauty on snowshoes is, in my opinion, the most natural and human way to do such.
Favorite drink while snowshoeing?
Water or melted snow, also known as water.
Favorite trail snack?
Homemade rice cakes or rice balls.
Dream snowshoe trip?
If I could spend 2 weeks, unsupported, just snowshoe backpacking in some of the nearby mountain ranges such as the Uintas, the Tetons or the Rocky Mountains, I would be overjoyed.
