These are amazing when I walk my dogs in snow! All of us have fun and I can keep up with them! Easy to use---just remember to spread your leg stance ever so slightly wider as not to step on alternate shoe.. So much fun!!!

Comments about Tubbs Snowshoes Women's Xplore Snowshoe:

Like the color and style, but the front binding is terrible. The straps do not stay tight, so the front toe grips become loose and get caught in the front of the snowshoes. Had to stop numerous times to readjust and tighten the straps. The back straps do not stay in place either. It was very annoying during the hike.

Comments about Tubbs Snowshoes Women's Xplore Snowshoe:

These snowshoes are a complete waste of time and money. I own some Tubb Venture snowshoes that are amazing. The bindings are great, and the shoe feels excellent, so when my girlfriend wanted to get into snowshoeing, we decided that the womens xplore shoe would be a good fit. Boy were we wrong! The binding is an absolute waste of time. First off, the binding doesnt stay tight. In order to get to to stay tight (for 5 minutes) you must tighten so tightly that the binding digs into your foot. Also, the binding "clips" on the very front of the binding that go around the boot flare out in such a fashion that when you walk the binding gets caught under the webbing of the alum. frame. We expected much more from tubbs. I have had no problems with the Venture snowshoe, but this binding is junk. After using it for seriously 15 minutes, the binding is showing stress discoloring in the plastic. I suspect it will break eventually. These shoes will be going back to Tubbs, and will purchase shoes elsewhere. We are disappointed in tubbs....

Comments about Tubbs Snowshoes Women's Xplore Snowshoe:

It takes me a long time to get them on because my foot is small ( size 6) and the pull strap pulls easy only to a point, then I struggle to get it tight enough. The back strap is way too long for a small foot and has alot hanging out when its tight enough. By the time I get them on, my hands are cold!

Comments about Tubbs Snowshoes Women's Xplore Snowshoe:

My husband and I are gentle snowshoe users and both purchased the Xplore shoes with Quickfit bindings in his and hers. Both of us are returning these shoes for a set with a different binding style, as we both spent our entire trek constantly tightening the shoes. One of mine actually came so loose that it fell off. I don't recommend purchasing any TUBBS shoe with this binding style, it will cause problems. TUBBS offers many shoes with the rachet binding, and we will be exchanging for sets of those.
